For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for a Ramp Agent.

* Start date: ASAP
* Planned duration: 4 months
* Workplace: Basel Euroairport
* Workload: 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Authorized to perform Aircraft Towing, wing walker.
* Provide support for handling activities.
* Understand all relevant procedures to the types of aircraft being towed and local operating standards of the airport.
* Radio communication Airport ground control.
* Operating towing vehicle to proper the types of aircraft being towed
* Ensure mandatory and departmental training requirements are maintained for the department.
* Comply with Airport regulation.
* Enforce EHS Policy and procedures and proactive involved regarding the EHS issues.
* Actively support to minimize the EHS risks in the hangars and shops.
* Ensure application of appropriate risk control measures
* Adhere to all EHS policy and procedures.
* Report EHS hazards, incidents, and injuries. Be familiar with emergency instructions.
* Comply with the EHS rules (work instructions, personal protective equipment...)

Must Haves:

* Experience working within Airport Ramp or Aviation environment
* Mechanical / technical apprenticeship, preferably in airport ramp
* Valid Driving license preferably heavy vehicle driving
* Read, understand, write English (B1 level= and French language skills

This contract is for 4 Months (might be extended) or even become permanent.
