For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for up to 8 cabin makers.

* Start date: ASAP
* Planned duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
* Workplace: Basel Euroairport
* Workload: 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Prepare surface materials for Laminate or wood veneers application.
* Cut and apply materials such as Laminate or wood veneers with glue spray gun to cover surfaces of cabinetry.
* Cut and bond moldings on straight and curved monuments.
* Perform assembly operations using 3D drawings.
* Install drawer-slides, hinges, latches, and other hardware in subassemblies, using hand-held and conventional equipment.

The perfect candidate:
We are looking for cabin makers that already have experience in the veneer application and/or de- assembly and re-assembly. You should be able to work in a shop and understand as well as ready the drawing of a cabin and act accordingly.
The person should have already experience either in aviation or a similar industry (e.g. boats, yachts).

Must Haves:

* Min. finished education in any craftsmanship work
* Experience in aviation as cabin maker or in a similar industry
* Ability to understand and read 2D basic manufacturing drawing
* Experience with MS Office Applications and 2D/3D drawing plans on software
* Experience in veneer application and capabiltiy to work in a shop
* Min. A2 Level in Englisch, German and/or French would be a plus

This contract is for 3 Months (might be extended) or even become permanent.
