Senior Maintenance Handyperson - Permanent job - near to Paddington Station in Central London.

Main Duties:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work - straightforward plumbing repair, door repair, fitting locks and handles, basic electrical work, basic carpentry repair, repair of fixtures and fittings, painting and other general maintenance and repair work
• Supervising and directing maintenance subcontractor and issuing permits to work
• Direct liaison with the on site client
• Carrying out administration work
• Scheduling repair and maintenance work

Essential Applicant Requirements:

• Very good experience in planned and reactive building maintenance
• Supervisor or team leader experience
• Confident in using a computer
• Very good customer service and client liaison experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in scheduling and organising maintenance and repair work
• All applicants must live in London UK

£40,000 per annum, days Monday to Friday, superb employee benefits scheme, fantastic working environment, permanent position.
