Electrical Supervisor - Immediate Start - Sunderland - £29ph - Until Christmas

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join a long-term project in Sunderland, starting immediately. This role would suit someone who's confident leading a small team of Electricians on installation and testing work within a live industrial environment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Wates Site, International Drive, IAMP Park, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR5 3FH
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Now through to Christmas
  • Rate: £29 per hour CIS

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of 5 electricians on-site
  • Overseeing the installation and testing of new machinery cables
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a high standard
  • Reporting into site management and maintaining good communication
  • Coordinating materials, work permits, and job progress

Requirements:

  • Valid SSSTS (minimum)
  • JIB Gold Card (Electrician)
  • 18th Edition
  • IPAF
  • Proven experience supervising similar works
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
