Exciting Opportunity for a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, 777 contract or perm!

Are you a skilled and experienced Licenced Aircraft Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? This company is currently seeking talented individuals to join their growing team of aviation professionals at their state-of-the-art facilities.

About the Licenced Aircraft Engineer Role

As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You will be required to certify maintenance within the scope of the company's approvals and provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.

The ideal Licenced Aircraft Engineer will have a strong background in Base Maintenance and be able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements. You should possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Requirements for the Licenced Aircraft Engineer Role

  • Part 66 CAA Licence, B1 (essential)
  • Previous experience in Base Maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
