Exciting Opportunity for Assembly Operatives in Stafford

We are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to be a join a global power distribution company to join their team in Stafford on a temporary basis.

About the Role

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts into small or light sub assemblies and complete units. You will use your expertise to test and calibrate these parts and mechanisms, ensuring they meet the required tolerances and product specifications. With your proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this Assembly Operatives role will have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within mechanical/electrical production. You should be able to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, working under immediate supervision. Strong English language skills, both in reading and speaking, are essential. Safety shoes are always required for this position.
