Customer Operations Advisor
Carbon60 are currently looking for Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Isover site in Runcorn. This position is a temporary role with a ASAP start running up until 5th Janaury.
Our client is a large engineering company who have over 170 sites across the UK and Ireland. They specialise in many different engineering services one of which they provide engineering services to their clients. To do this our client often base themselves on their customer sites which is what they have done in this instance.
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:00 Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch,
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Service engineers that visit stores
- Booking items in/out correctly using on-site IT systems
- Stock checks and housekeeping in the stores area
- Inventory management
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- Experience within a stores/warehouse environment
- Engineering background or previously worked within an engineering environment to recognise components easily is desirable
- Understanding of quality checks in stores environment with goods in/goods out desirable
- Active FLT License - counterbalance highly desirable
- If an active license isn't held, the candidate can still be considered but won't be trained or involved in FLT duties. Refresher can be provided for those active license
- Basic level of IT literacy and numeracy (data entry and remembering part numbers etc and stock counts)
- Communication skills for customer facing role
