Site Project Supervisor
We are seeking a Site Project Supervisor to provide on‑site oversight across construction and refurbishment projects. The role ensures works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the required quality and programme standards while acting as the primary on‑site link to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the on‑site point of contact, providing independent monitoring of quality, safety, progress, and compliance.
- Promote strong safety culture; verify RAMS, permits, isolations, and support incident investigations.
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Identify emerging risks, programme issues, and report clearly to the project team.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve access, logistics, and operational issues.
- Support inspections, snagging, asset data collation, and handover readiness.
Person Profile
Essential:
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, technical standards, and H&S legislation.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
- CDM awareness and a recognised technical qualification (or equivalent experience).
Desirable:
- NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS, or project management qualifications.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as PRINCE2 or RIBA.
Other:
- Flexible and able to travel, including occasional out‑of‑hours support.
