Helping Graduates continue their Aviation Engineering journey
As Aviation experts dedicated to connecting the next generation of talent with training, development and employment across the aviation industry, Carbon60 are proud to offer graduates a chance to join an exciting new Aircraft Engineering Programme.
Using our Early Careers expertise, we have created this programme to offer students graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering this year an opportunity to continue their theoretical and practical learning and gain vital experience as they begin their career in aviation.
The programme, which is our biggest campaign of this type ever, will operate under our Recruit, Train, Deploy solution, and applications are now open. So, if you wish to apply, or find out more information, get in touch now.
Programme Details and Entry Requirements
Carbon60 are working in partnership with leading aviation organisations across the UK for the Graduate Aircraft Engineering Programme, with placements offered in locations around England.
Successful applicants can choose to work in Manchester, Birmingham, Brize Norton, Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted, with the option to be placed in Line Maintenance or Base Maintenance (depending on location and availability).
To join the programme, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
Applications are open now, with initial-phase interviews due to take place in March 2025.
Training and Qualifications
The basis of this programme is to provide graduates with vital, hands-on practical learning, in addition to further theoretical and knowledge-based learning, that will develop their skills beyond those developed during their university studies.
As such, our passionate Early Careers specialists are dedicated to helping graduates in the programme complete their CAP741 qualifications and obtain their licence from the Aviation Authority. We will ensure that all B licence exams are completed during the programme, providing guidance, advice and support throughout the journey.
Additionally, all graduates will benefit from an Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Leadership course with Raise the Bar – providing further, essential preparation for a future career in aviation.
